The CAS Leadership Russia – for Health Care Executives is the latest result of a cooperation of the FHNW School of Business with the Federal Center for Cardiovascular Surgery Astrakhan, which has been ongoing since 2010. Since then, the Center for Cardiovascular Surgery Astrakhan has implemented a number of new projects, particularly IT and life-long contact with patients, which is crucial given the large geographical distance between the centre and many of its patients. The CAS Leadership Russia – for Health Care Executives is designed to provide participants the know-how and expertise to be successful leaders in a modern health care environment.
