Jahrestagung IGGD 2011
Die Jahrestagung 2011 der IGGD findet vom 12. September 2011 bis zum 14. September 2011 in Basel in den Räumen der Universität Basel statt. Die Konferenz wird organisiert durch die IGGD, die Schweizerischen Dachorganisation der geschichtsdidaktischen Gesellschaften (SDGD) und das Zentrum Politische Bildung und Geschichtsdidaktik an der Pädagogischen Hochschule der Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz. Sie befasst sich mit dem Thema „Geschichtswissenschaft und Schulunterricht: Probleme, Beziehungen, Herausforderungen“ und gliedert die Beiträge entlang den drei folgenden Fragestellungen:

• ­In welchem Verhältnis sollten Geschichtswissenschaft und Geschichtsunterricht stehen?
• Mit welcher Geschichte sollen sich Kinder und Jugendliche nach den Vorgaben unserer Gesellschaft befassen und welche Geschichte soll unterrichtet werden?
• Wie reagiert der Geschichtsunterricht auf die Herausforderungen gegenwärtiger Probleme und Kontroversen?

Annual Conference ISHD 2011
The annual conference 2011 of the ISHD takes place in Basel from 12th to 14th September 2011 in the facilities of the University of Basel. The conference will be organised by the ISHD, the Umbrella Organisation for the Swiss Societies of History Didactics, and the Center for Civic and History Education at the College for Teacher Education of the University for Applied Sciences of Northwestern Switzerland. The title of the conference is “From historical research to school history: problems, relations, challenges“ and the presentations will be arranged around the three following questions:

• What should be the proper relationship between historical research and the history that is taught in schools?
• What kind of history is administered to children and young people by our society, and what kind of history should be taught?
• How does the teaching of history react to the requirements and demands of current problematic situations and controversial issues?

Conférence annuelle SIDH 2011
La conférence annuelle de la SIDH 2011 aura lieu à Bâle du 12 au 14 Septembre 2011 dans les locaux de la Université de Bâle. La conférence sera organisée par la SIDH, Coordination nationale des associations de didactique de l'histoire en Suisse (CODIS) et le Centre de didactique de l’éducation politique et histoire à l'Haute école pédagogique de l'Université des Sciences Appliquées Suisse Nord-Ouest. Elle est consacrée au sujet de l’enseignement de l’histoire sous le titre „De la recherche historique à l’histoire scolaire : Problèmes, relations, défis“ est présente des interventions arrangés selon les questions suivantes:

• Quels doivent être les rapports entre la recherche historique et l’histoire enseignée à l’école?
• Quelle est l’histoire enseignée aux élèves et que devrait-elle être?
• De quelles manières les situations problématiques ou controversées sont-elles prises en compte dans l’enseignement de l’histoire?
